best brownies EVA ||blogmas 17
I know it's quite a statement to call them the best, but they are genuinely the BEST christmassy brownies i have ever tasted. You may wonder what makes them Christmassy, well that's the secret I'm not so sure about.. Maybe they're just for me very festive because I discovered the recipe around Christmas a couple of years ago but since I've always made them this time of the Year.
200g Sugar
320g Butter or Margarine
320g dark Chocolate
150g plain Flour
6 Eggs, separated
Let's do this:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 175oC. Now Melt Butter, Sugar and the Chocolate together in a big enough saucepan and combine them until you created Chocolatty Goodness.
Step 2: whisk your egg yolk until its slightly frothy keep whisking and add the Chocolate Mixture to it.
Step 3: whisk the egg white until its stiff and then fold it gently under the Chocolate Mix until well combined.
Step 4: Your basically done, just put it in the Oven for 25 minutes, let it cool for another 10-15 minutes and enjoy the Chocolate Christmas Goodness!!
Top Tip: If you want it extra Christmassy, put a bit of cinnamon in it, it'll just make it even better!
and I drizzled a bit of Icing over it with a spoon just to make it more aesthetically pleasing.
Merry Christmas and enjoy the Goods!!
