Day 4 of Blogmas

Happy 2nd Advent everybody!
Today i had delicious brekkie out with my Mom and after that we visited the Christmas Market at our town. Then i started baking and as these Christmas Cookies are my absolute faves and i tripled the recipe (cause they are always the first which are gone) i wanted to share them with you.
Here you are!
Snowflakes
You will need:

125g  soft Butter
70g   Icing sugar
60g   plain flour
125g  starch
1 tsp Vanilla sugar

How you do it:

1. Pre-heat your oven to 150C

2. Beat the butter until its fluffy. Then sift the Icing Sugar and combine it with flour, starch and vanilla sugar. Mix this mixture with the butter and put it in the fridge for about 45 minutes.

3. Form bowls out of the dough, as big as cherrys and place them on a baking sheed. Press the bowls slightly flat with a fork.

4. Bake them for about 12-15 Minutes. Let them cool and then sprinkle a bit of icing sugar on the top.

Finish!

I hope you´ll enjoy making them. I totally did.

 Merry Christmas!!
