What to do when your on your own

i like being on my own. Dont get me wrong, i also love my family and friends but sometimes especially when im a bit burned out i love my alone time. But what do you do when your alone? For me i have one hundred ideas what i could do when i should be asleep in my bed and wont do this things right know. And as the sun rises all of those brilliant ideas are gone and im back with my question what to do with myself.
If youre that kinda person or youre just bored and alone at the moment here are some stuff i would do when im alone!!

Firstly do a blackout! Its not only good for your brain, its also good for your soul. Turn your phone on silent and put it in your bedside table or somewhere you wont look at it all the time. aaaand DONT PICK IT UP. I know its hard if youre a little bit of a social media junkie (like i am) but as long as you are keeping yourself busy you wont even notice it!!

  • read a book! as simple as it sounds but reading is beautiful! Just like cinema in your brain haha! Go to an antiquariat (i love that word) and dive deep in long lost treasures or dust of one of your own favourite book and give it another read i love reading books again after about a year or so.
  • bake a cake! try out a new recipe you found on pinterest or bake your favourite brownies you havent baked for ages!!the best thing is, youll get a sweet treat afterwards!!!
  • go to the movies! watching a film alone can be a lot of fun and if youre scared of the time before it starts, take a book or a notebook with you to read or to sketch something. aaand you wont have to share your popcorn and no one will judge you if you take the jumbo size.
  • go for a walk! i loove going for walks, especially with my little pup Bella its so therapeutic and relaxing. Also sitting down on a bench in the middle of the woods and letting your thoughts just flow by is such a nice feeling!
  • Rearrange your room! Sometimes you just need a bit of change and room rearranging can be the perfect thing for that. Also it leaves you with a nice calm feeling if youre happy with what youve done.
  • make a cup of tea and go all out! Maybe buy even some very fancy loose tea and drink it in your fave mug!
  • make a big pamper evening! do a face mask, your nails (fingers and toes) or take a bubblebath in candlelight with your fave songs on.
  • start writing a journal or diary! or, if you already have one write in it!
  • paint, draw or sketch something, be creative!!
  • try writing a song, its diffcult as heck but also a good way to process your feelings.
  • Clear out your wardrobe! Its a long overdue task and its actually a lot of fun!
  • Go flower picking! and make a supercute arrangement in one of your fave vases for your dining table.
  • go through your cookbooks and make yourself a dinner you never made before!
okay my ideas for things to do without any flatscreens involved are now out. If you have any of your own make a list so youll never be in that whatdoidoknowthatimalone situation.
